Do I need to take out (additional) insurance for this trip?
For a worry-free trip, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance. If you're unsure about choosing the right insurance, please feel free to contact our team for assistance.
I'm a complete beginner, can I still join?
No problem, at the start of the week we'll check who's at what level so we can take everyone's level into account.
What kind of accommodations can I expect during this trip?
All information regarding the accommodations can be found on our website.
Will there also be free time? To do your own thing?
We always provide several free times for you to choose from. You can, of course, schedule each day as you like, but we strongly recommend following the shared schedule with the entire group (which includes some free time).
Are the tours suitable for individual travelers?
This is definitely possible! Please note that each room is designed for two people. Where possible, separate beds can be provided. However, initially, the room is shared, for two people.
How can I book a retreat and what are the payment options?
Each retreat can be booked with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro or Bancontact.
I booked a spot but need to cancel. Can I get a refund?
There are several possible ways:
- Cancel up to 30 days before your trip: full refund.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days: 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the actual trip: non-refundable.
Will I receive a ticket in the mail? How does it work?
